  1. You should return the items to us within 7 days of purchase.
  2.  Please contact us to obtain authorization code before you return your item, send us an email at support@shikenan.com or call us at 240 - 200 -0037 MON - FRI 7am to 7pm (EST).
  3.  Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.
  4. All items returned  must be in its original state, unused and in original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
  5.  We do not accept items that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
  6. We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.

  1.  We are sorry but we do not accept returns or exchange on all Jewelry purchased.
  2. We will offer an exchange or store credit if there is a manufacturer defect.
  3. If your Jewelry is defective you must contact us within 3 days of your order. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging only.
  4. After contacting us, all defective jewelry must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items. Sale on all food items are final.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  1.  If we dispatched the wrong  item or the item sent was defective, we are very sorry as we always try to provide the highest level of service.  Please begin by contacting Customer Care immediately; send us an email at support@shikenan.com or call us at 240 - 200 -0037.  Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, the name of the affected product(s). We will respond to you as quickly as possible. Please do not discard any items until you have spoken with us.
  2.  We offer exchanges and store credit on items which is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.)
  3. We will  always provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.).
